- Contact Us: report delays/loss within 7 days of estimated delivery.
- We’ll Fix It: depending on the situation and your preference, we’ll either ship a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns & Exchanges
- Because each piece is handmade for you, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. What we do offer :
- Free Revisions: request changes to your digital mockup before painting begins.
- Damage/Loss: if your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we’ll ship a replacement or issue a refund (report within 48 hours of delivery).
