ArtFlux Gallery – Terms & Conditions

1. Intellectual Property

All images, text, designs, and other content on our website are the property of ArtFlux Gallery or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without permission.

2. Orders & Custom Artwork

  • Custom oil paintings are created based on the photos, ideas, or gallery references you provide.

  • A deposit (shown at checkout) is required to begin work. This deposit is non-refundable once our artists start creating digital mockups.

  • You will receive digital previews for approval before painting begins. Once approved, the balance must be paid before shipment.

  • As each artwork is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or brushwork are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • Payments are processed securely through PayPal, debit, or credit card providers.

  • All prices are shown on our website and may change from time to time.

  • Payment is required in the amounts and stages outlined during checkout.

4. Shipping & Returns

  • We offer worldwide shipping, included in your order unless otherwise noted.

  • Custom artworks are non-returnable except in cases of damage during transit or significant deviation from the approved mockup.

  • Issues must be reported promptly following delivery.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using our site and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when placing orders.

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.

  • Not upload or submit content that infringes on others’ rights.

6. Reviews & Testimonials

We welcome reviews, testimonials, and feedback. By submitting them, you agree that ArtFlux Gallery may use them (with your first name or initials only) for promotional purposes on our website or social channels.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, available at the footer of our website.

8. Liability

While we take great care in processing orders and deliveries, ArtFlux Gallery is not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., shipping disruptions, customs clearance). Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
