Once your cart is ready, a 5% downpayment is all it takes to start the collaboration.
We use all the information you provide and apply our collaboration and digital AI imaging skills to create digital mock ups for review with you. Revisions are made until you are happy and approve mock ups on which your future handmade masterpieces will be based
It’s fine, just describe your idea in detail and you use our virtual gallery or on-line images for reference and inspiration, then we do the rest with mockups and collaborating with you to define how your artwork will look – the possibilities are limitless !
Don’t worry, some photos can be too large, unclear or in unsupported formats – please try to use clear images, less than 1Mb, and in JPG format. We will confirm the attachments before proceeding

If you are clear what you want, that’s great, simply provide images or photos add notes, orientation and size that you want. We will confirm with you and use digital image mock ups if needed before proceeding with the artwork. We have been known to create artwork which exceeds what the client originally wanted !
No problem, just choose an orientation and size which matches closest to your idea and the space you want to hang it, then as we collaborate you have the opportunity to change orientation and size and the order will be updated.
There is an initial 5% down-payment when you submit your requirements to start the collaboration stage with digital mockups to base the handmade oil paintings. Once the hand-made oil paintings are complete and you approve them, the you will pay the remaining balance and we will ship to you.
At the moment we do not offer any more payment flexibility outside of the above.
Yes! We use SSL encryption and trusted partners like PayPal. We never store credit card details.
Yes !! You can apply any coupon codes to apply the discounts in the cart and checkout pages as you place your order. Note the 5% applies to the total non-discounted amount

Yes – this a key part of ArtFlux which clients love once they have experienced. It is your creative journey, starting from your ideas, to digital mock ups and collaboration, through to our artists creating handmade oil paintings – we share progress in the form of photos or videos with you along the way.
Our aim to provide you with your artwork as quickly as possible, however, we also place high priority on quality, both in the definition stage with digital mock ups as well as the final handmade oil paintings. Here is a guide

At the moment we only offer oil – the most popular and safe medium. Our network of artists are also skilled in charcoal, pencil, watercolour and acrylic, so if you do have interest now, please contact us for this request
It is not possible to directly communicate with the artists – we keep them focused and prevent any mis-communication. The artists receive your input, instructions, mock ups and of course your praise and feedback at the end
Our paintings are created using high-quality materials. We use premium canvas and professional, archival-grade oil paints.
The delivery of your artwork safely is a top priority for us. Artwork is carefully rolled and wrapped into a hard-shell tube with protection and the ends secured.
As part of our customer satisfaction goals, we will replace any damaged artwork. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos and explanation, and upon review, we will have a new painting created and ship within 14 business days after receiving the damaged artwork. Not at the moment. Shipping framed artwork not only adds excess costs and damage risks, but most clients prefer to try different frame options and have them mounted or framed themselves. ArtFlux does superimpose artwork in various frames and rooms in our virtual gallery, which can help you visualise different options in frame selection.
